James has worked in the Life insurance, financial advice and investment management sector for more than 28 years, both in Australia and overseas. This has enabled James to develop a unique perspective on the strategic and functional areas that organisations require to perform at their best.

James is passionate about understanding the problem statement and developing a solution that can be scaled across the business.

Previous Experience

As co-founder and responsible manager of a Discretionary Managed Account service and Head of Operations for Ventura Investment Management, and now as co-founder at OpenInvest, James has been an industry leader in developing solutions that work well for clients.

Education

James has a bachelor of Commerce degree (Management) and an MBA (Strategic management) as well as the CFP accreditation.
